The USDA’s Building for the Future initiative aims to modernize the agency’s infrastructure and operations, which could potentially benefit the CACFP. By improving efficiency, data management, accessibility, and partnerships, B4F may streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and increase support for CACFP participants. However, the specific impact of B4F on CACFP will depend on its implementation and the program’s evolving needs.
